Offline partial payment support for REST API Create Transactions

• Support for Partial Payments in the Post Transaction endpoint is now available. This allows planners to create offline payments for less than the total due and apply that payment to selected items in the order.

  Previously, transactions could only be posted to pay the total amount due for the attendee. Updated documentation can be found on the Cvent Developer Portal under the "Events" section."

• Expected Release Date: 13 March, 2024

Surveys

Survey Monthly Response Usage Summary

• Planners and internal Cvent account team members can now view the Survey Monthly Response Usage Summary report with a breakdown of responses based on the response type and survey types within their account. This enhancement allows planners and internal teams to easily understand and track their overall response usage consumption and contracted response usage for Surveys at a more granular level.

  The search will return the data based on the respondent creation date and include the following key data points:

  • Total Responses - Sum of all the responses across all survey types

  • Total Premium Responses - Sum of all the responses across all survey types, excluding responses from basic surveys

  • Basic Event Survey Responses - Sum of basic general event feedback and session survey responses

  • Premium Event Survey Responses - Sum of premium general event feedback and session survey responses

  • Standalone Survey Responses

  • Assessment Survey Responses

The report will have the following new widgets to list the data defaulted by month and another to list the data by response status:

• Monthly Survey Response Summary

• Survey Response Type Summary

This report will offer multiple filters that planners can use to filter down the data on the following key metrics:

• Survey Type

• Survey Status

• Response Type

• Expected Release Date: 13 March, 2024
