Cvent Salesforce App v8.4 - Enhanced Features & New Capabilities

The Cvent Salesforce App 8.4 update introduces new features that allow planners to update contact field information on the Attendee object instead of directly modifying the Salesforce Contact. Additionally, the update includes a few new Attendee Activities.

Important features of the release:

• Add Contact Details to Attendee: With this update, planners and subscribers can now add standard and custom fields from Cvent contacts directly to Salesforce Attendee records. This improvement streamlines attendee record management, especially when multiple Cvent contacts match the same Salesforce record.

• Support of new Attendee Activities: The Salesforce App now supports syncing two new attendee activities: Viewed an Ad and Clicked on an Ad. These activities provide deeper insights into attendee engagement with advertisements.
