Top News: REST API and Survey Releases.

The product team is working to deliver constant improvements that we know will improve your Cvent experience.

INTEGRATIONS/APIs

Name, Expiration Credit Card Information Added to List Transactions REST API

  • Support for the Name on Credit Card and Expiration Date in the List Transactions endpoint is now available. Planners can fetch additional information about their transactions without manually uploading the transaction data.

  • Updated documentation can be found on the Cvent Developer Portal under the "Events" section.

  • Expected Release Date: 8 May, 2024

Surveys

New Survey Monthly Response Usage Summary Report

  • Clients and internal Cvent account team members can now view the new Survey Monthly Response Usage Summary report with a breakdown of responses based on the response type and survey types within their account. This enhancement allows planners and internal teams to more easily understand and track their overall response usage consumption and contracted response usage for Surveys at a more granular level.

  • We previously targeted March as the release date for the new report; a detailed release note on the new report can be found here.

  • The new usage report will not immediately replace the existing response tracking report. There will be an overlap period where both reports will be available. The current usage report, Survey Response Tracking, will remain available until May 22, 2024.

  • Any saved reports using the current Surveys Response Tracking report will remain accessible until June 30, 2024.

  • Expected Release Date: 8 May, 2024
