Top News: New additions in the Integrations Platform and more!

The product team has some big improvements they're working to deliver that we know you’re going to love:

• HubSpot Connector is now on the New Integrations Platform

  • We've moved authentication and other administrative controls to the Cvent Admin panel to deliver a more modern, easier-to-configure HubSpot integration. We're happy to announce that our HubSpot integration is now available with these updates.

  • To benefit from these enhancements, please log in to Cvent > Admin > Integrations > Integration Apps. Once there, click on the Set-up button within the HubSpot tile.

  • Once there, please provide your Cvent and HubSpot credentials to reestablish the platform connection. Once complete, your migration to the newest HubSpot connector is complete.

  • Expected to release 02 August 2023.

• Pardot Connector is now on the New Integrations Platform.

  • To deliver a more modern, easier-to-configure Pardot integration, we've moved authentication and other administrative controls to the Cvent Admin panel.

  • To benefit from these enhancements, please log in to Cvent > Admin > Integrations > Integration Apps. Once there, click on the Set-up button within the Pardot tile.

  • Once there, please provide your Cvent and Pardot credentials to reestablish the platform connection. Once complete, your migration to the newest Pardot connector is complete.

  • Expected to release 02 August 2023

• The Zapier Integration now allows planners to add registrants to Cvent easily.

  • To access the event registration feature via Zapier, select the Cvent app as an action. Choose the Create Attendee action from there and enter the relevant registration fields.

  • When the integration is run, planners can view their attendee registrations with the accepted status directly within their Cvent event.

  

  • Selecting "Register Attendee in Cvent Event" as False adds the attendee to the event without registering them.
