Top News: New API Support for Appointments & Survey Features

The product team has some improvements they're working to deliver that we know you'll love.

INTEGRATIONS

• Support for Custom Appointment IDs in Universal APIs

  • We are introducing the ability to create and retrieve Custom Appointment IDs using Cvent's POST and GET Appointments APIs. By leveraging Cvent's Universal Appointments APIs to create and manage appointments, clients, and partners can better maintain consistency between their system and Cvent by sending their unique IDs on appointment creation. With this enhancement, we are improving the integration capabilities of third-party systems using or looking to use Cvent's Universal Appointments APIs.

    • Custom IDs can be created through the POST Appointments API

    • Custom IDs will be returned through the GET Appointments API 

  • Expected Release Date: 27 September 2023.

SURVEYS

• Question Library for Surveys Premium

  • Planners can now add and save questions to the Question Library when designing surveys and assessments with just a few clicks. This enhancement saves planners time from manually creating each question when designing. Additionally, the ability to save questions created in the designer to the Question Library makes it easy to use more questions in future surveys and assessments. With Question Library, planners can more easily standardize questions and gleam consistent insights across surveys.

    • This is supported in Event and Session Feedback, Standalone Survey, and Assessment for clients with Surveys Premium.

  • NEW Expected Release Date: 27 September, 2023

When adding a question, you can choose to Add Existing Question to add a question from the Question Library.

Planners can then search and find the question to add to the survey or assessment.

To save a question from the Survey Designer Question Library, navigate to the submenu for the question and select Save to Question Library.
