Cvent - Jifflenow Integration

What problem does this integration solve?

Customers using both Cvent and Jifflenow currently manage event registrations in Cvent and schedule meetings with attendees in Jifflenow. Since these platforms operate separately, hence users face inefficiencies:

• Registration data from Cvent isn't readily available in Jifflenow.

• Meeting details from Jifflenow aren't accessible in Cvent.

With this integration,

• Registration information will seamlessly flow from Cvent to Jifflenow, enabling streamlined meeting scheduling.

• Meeting details from Jifflenow will sync back to Cvent as appointments, making them accessible in attendees' schedules within the Cvent Attendee Hub and mobile app.

Build Your Own Reports - Session Reports

We're excited to announce the addition of Session Reports in Build Your Own Reports! This enhancement allows users to create customized session reports from a blank template. Planners can now easily access and analyze session details, attendance, and registration data for their events using Build Your Own Reports.

What do you need to know?

• Report Sub Types: We are introducing new report sub-types to provide greater customization and flexibility. Users can now generate reports tailored to their needs with improved precision and clarity. Each sub-type now includes a description box giving details about the data that will be returned and highlighting important field categories for more informed decision-making.

  

  • Session Details: This sub-type provides report users with details about the event's sessions, including custom session and event fields, speakers, and attendance and waitlist counts.

    

  • Session Attendance and Registration History: This subtype provides users with details about the attendees who register for sessions in the event, including event registration details, contact information, and session registration details.

    

Upgraded Visualizations in Reports

We're excited to announce that we are upgrading our report visualizations. New visualizations use an improved and powerful charting solution, making our tools more efficient and user-friendly.

• Fully Accessible Charts: We built these visualizations with accessibility in mind. We ensure that all charts are fully accessible, providing an inclusive experience for all users, regardless of their abilities. These charts offer better contrast, larger font size, better text truncation, and a consistent look and feel.

Question Library Navigation Update & Question Tagging Workflow

We're excited to introduce two updates that enhance the organization and usability of the Question Library. The Question Library Navigation Update improves accessibility by relocating the library in the navigation for a more intuitive browsing experience. Additionally, the Question Tagging Workflow Update streamlines tagging by allowing users to add tags directly after adding a question in the question view. These enhancements simplify question management, making finding and categorizing content efficiently easier.

• Question Library Navigation Update

  • The Question Library has been moved from Templates to Libraries in the left navigation.

  • This update ensures that all reusable questions are centrally located under Libraries for better consistency.

    

• Question Tagging Workflow Update

  • Previously, users had to manually navigate to the question view to add tags.

    • The UI has been updated to include a structured workflow for adding question tags immediately after adding a question.
