Meetings Management REST API Support for Active and Inactive Meeting Request Forms
This enhancement ensures integrations using REST API Endpoints can read data for all meeting requests in an account. Previously, only data associated with an active Meeting Request Form was returned. Now, all meeting request data can be retrieved for requests associated with both active and inactive forms.
The following updates are included in this release:
List MR Forms Endpoint:
The response schema now includes an active field, which indicates whether a form is active or inactive.
The response will return both active and inactive Meeting Request Forms by default.
A new filter allows retrieving only active or inactive forms, offering more flexibility.
GET MRF Endpoint:
The response schema now includes an active field, which indicates whether the returned Meeting Request Form is active or inactive.
Detailed documentation for these REST API endpoints can be found on the Cvent Developer Portal.
Meetings Management REST API Now Supports Country Codes
This enhancement expands developers' ability to write data to country-type fields on meeting requests when leveraging POST and PUT REST API Endpoints. Previously, developers could only use country names when making these calls. With this update, country codes (ISO 3166 Standard) can also be used in custom integrations.
This update will impact the following endpoints:
Create MR (Bulk)
Update MR (Bulk)
Country codes (ISO 3166 Standard) will be supported for the following fields:
Event Country
Stakeholder Country
Requester Country
Detailed documentation for these REST API endpoints can be found on the Cvent Developer Portal.
Registration Types association with Registration Paths via REST API
The latest REST API enhancement will allow planners to retrieve registration type values associated with registration paths via the GET Registration Type endpoint. This will allow a better understanding of what Registration Types are associated with what Registration Paths are through REST API.
Documentation for this REST API endpoint can be found on the Cvent Developer Portal.
Q&A Support in Compliance API
Customers in financial verticals will now be able to extract Q&A information from the compliance API, store it, and run audits to satisfy their legal and risk compliance requirements.
Enables customers to use the Q&A functionality in Attendee Hub while meeting their legal and regulatory obligations.
Customers need to have compliance storage enabled in CVII and enabled in the communication configuration endpoint.
