The product team has three big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:
Attendee Hub: Report Post - Attendees can flag posts in session chats and discussion feeds so moderators can act on the reported content.
Attendee Hub: CRPA Configuration - Attendee Hub offers the choice of using a Cvent Internal form or an external site to track attendee privacy preferences for CPRA (California Privacy Regulation Act) compliance.
Attendee Hub: REST API endpoints for Audience Segments - Programmatic access/updates of audience segments in bulk operations. Real-time updates allow you to automate a tailored attendee experience using APIs.

Attendee Hub/Events+/Webinar: New default font - The default font of these three products has been changed from Rubrik to Helvetica. Expected Release date: 10 August 2024
Webinar: Custom Contact Fields - The capture of data during the registration process has been expanded to include custom contact fields, which can improve lead qualification efforts. Expected Release date: 10 August 2024

Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
