Top News: Lots of New Features for Valentines!

The product team has three big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

  1. Attendee Hub Event App/Appointments: Appointments on Personal Calendar – Attendees when connected to the internet, can add their event appointments to the personal calendar on their mobile devices. Appointments are added to the attendees’ default calendar and are available on both iOS and Android.

  2. Attendee Hub/Events+: Audio Descriptions – Audio tracks that feature spoken descriptions of important visual elements in a video that can improve accessibility for those with visual impairments.

  3. Events+: Video Login Enhancements – You can configure Events+ to allow visitors to watch a specified number of videos before being prompted to sign up or log in. This control can be set to between 1-9 video views and helps build your familiarity with viewers.

Two additional improvements to make your job easier

  • Events+: Business Email Validation – Block generic email domains such as gmail.com and yahoo.com during account creation. Expected Release date: 14 February 2024

  • Events+: Sign-up Form Enhancements – Capture additional information such as Job title, Company, etc. Expected Release date: 14 February 2024

Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
