Top News: Webinar and Attendee Hub Enhancements
The product team has four big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:
Webinar Agenda - Create multiple agenda items and outline specific segments of the webinar to drive registrations and set attendee expectations.
Appointments/Attendee Hub—Attendee Appointment Scheduling—You can import appointments for attendees or let them manage their own appointments independently. Attendees can schedule appointments with others and block off personal time.
Webinar: Speaker Social Media Links - Add social media links to speaker profiles and boost their engagement with attendees.
Webinar: Branding preview updates - We've added two new preview screens on the branding page. Session Details and Presentation previews to help you fine-tune your designs with ease.

OnArrival: Localized Welcome Message & Tap and Go Enhancements - This release introduces two options for Check-In Messages—"Welcome" for localized greetings in various languages and "Custom message" for personalized text—along with enhancements to the Tap and Go feature, including session location names and an arrow animation for easier navigation, improving the overall event experience for attendees.
Attendee Hub (web): Improved Exhibitor Search Algorithm - improves the search process, making finding a specific exhibitor quicker and easier. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024
Attendee Hub: AI Writing Assistant update. The new advanced LL model 4o improves the creation of session descriptions. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024
Events+: Cookie banner now support privacy policies and Cvent/planner cookie lists in the cookie banner. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024
Events+ : Import languages in bulk making updates to languages fast and easy. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024
Attendee Hub(web)/Webinar: Preventing unwanted browser closure. Speakers and hosts will need to confirm that they want to close a browser window to prevent accidents and drop out of the session. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024
Webinar: Email content now includes opt-out feature, speaker notifications and check-in Staff email improvements. Expected Release date: 16 October 2024

Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
