Top News: A New Event Ad service and more!

The product team has three big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

1. Attendee Hub: Event Ads - Rotate up to 100 ads in strategic locations on the homepage, schedule and exhibitors list. Enhance your sponsorship packages with ads that dynamically rotate based on a complex algorithm. Simply upload the ad content, target a specific audience type, and Attendee Hub will take care of the rest. Available Now in event features!

   

2. Events+: Single Sign On (SSO) - Viewers of an Events+ hub can now access video content via SSO, making internal hubs more secure and convenient. All your Events+ configured visibility rules will still apply to SSO visitors. This feature is currently available.

   

3. Attendee Hub/Webinar: Blurred Backgrounds - Speakers have more control over the visibility of their background, removing unwanted distractions and allowing the audience to focus solely on the shared content.

• Webinar: Team Member Access Link - Webinar creators can generate individual magic links for each team member. Expected Release date: 18 September 2024

• Attendee Hub: Four new duo-tone icon packs. Expected Release date: 18 September 2024

• Webinar: Email Scheduling - Send emails later and update existing scheduled emails. Expected Release date: 18 September 2024

• Attendee Hub: Configurable Attendee List sorting and display. Expected Release date: 18 September 2024

• Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
