Attendee Engagement News for 22 May 2024
Top News: Custom Domains and New App Header
The product team has three big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:
Webinar: Custom Domains - Enhance your brand identity by using your own domain name instead of the default platform URL. This provides you cohesive webinar experience at every step of your webinar experiences.
Attendee Hub (event app): Streamlined Event App Header - Choose between two header options: A persistent header featuring the event icon and name or a new simplified option that removes the icon and name and provides more room for banners and event content on mobile devices.
Attendee Hub (event app) New Icons - A fresh and modern look to icon styling that elevates the overall navigation experience for attendees.
Two additional improvements to make your job easier
If you thought the above items are exciting, wait until you see what else the team plans to release in the next launch window:
Attendee Hub: Q&A Anonymity is set directly within the Attendee Hub tab for each session. Expected Release date: 28 May 2024
Attendee Hub: Audience Segments as a filter on the Attendee List management page Expected Release date: 28 May 2024

Attendee Hub Event App Updates – See a summary of the app enhancements that have rolled out in each release window here.
Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This ensures we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
