We’re bringing you 4 exciting releases this time around:

  1. Attendee Hub/Webinar: Pinned Chat Messages - Moderators can pin important messages to the top of the session chat. Multiple chat messages can be pinned at a time and users can simply expand the pinned messages to see all of them at once. Pinned messages help ensure that attendees see important information during a session.

  1. Attendee Hub/Webinar: Studio Session Timers & Notifications – The session timer counts down the session start time and the session end time to keep presenters on track. Session notifications provide automated messages that help prevent speaker errors and guide both hosts and speakers throughout the presentation. Think of these as automated virtual assistants, dedicated to ensuring flawless coordination between you and your speakers at every stage of the event, from rehearsals and backstage preparations prior to attendee arrivals, all the way through post-event wrap-up

  1. Attendee Hub (web only) - My Schedule Calendar Download - Attendees can now download their full schedule via an ics file to their personal calendar quickly and easily with one action from the My Schedule page. This allows them to manage calendar conflicts efficiently and setup reminders for event activities.

  1. Attendee Hub/Appointments: Group Assignment Rule for Booth Staff Visibility – Planners setting up Group Assignment Rules in their Appointments event, can now leverage Booth Staff Visibility that allows them to distinguish between ‘Visible’ and ‘Hidden’ Staff. Previously, planners could just identify who is and who is not booth staff. By allowing planners to exclude Hidden staff from scheduling, they can ensure a seamless booking experience between attendees and exhibitor staff who are intended to be hosting appointments at an event.
