Top News: Import Appointments in Attendee Hub

The product team has 3 big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love: 

  1. Attendee Hub: Import Appointments directly from Attendee Hub - Planners can now import appointments directly through the Attendee Hub Website and App Builder via an Excel or CSV file without needing an additional license for Cvent Appointments Premium. Previously, planners managing appointments on behalf of attendees could only complete an import from within Appointments Premium, resulting in unnecessary set up and context switching.

     

  2. Appointments: Attendee Decline Reason in Appointment Reports - We have added a decline reason field in Appointment Details Report and Attendees Report. Planners can now view and analyze the reasons appointments are declined by attendees. This allows them to identify trends, address common issues, and optimize scheduling processes to improve attendance rates.

  3. Attendee Hub: Edit Time Frame after Game has ended – Extend the end date and allow a game to go back to live or move the start date in the future to edit challenges.

Remember Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday of this release date, you will not see these new features until the Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.
