Attendee Engagement News for 13 September 2023

We’re bringing you 3 exciting releases this time around:

1. OnArrival: Google Wallet Support for Cvent Events

   With the Google Wallet Pass for Cvent events, registrants can download a QR code for check-in to be stored in their Android's Google Wallet. This allows attendees to quickly access the QR code for OnArrival to scan , expediting the onsite check-in process. Planners are able to customize the logo, strip image, and background color that appears on the pass. This adds to existing Apple Wallet support.

Key Benefits:

• Effortless Check-In: Attendees can now store their event QR code in their Android's Google Wallet, making on-site check-in a breeze.

• Custom Branding: Event planners can customize the pass with logos and colors, maintaining brand consistency throughout the attendee journey.

• Simple Access: With just a click from the confirmation email by the attendee, the pass is added to Google Wallet, ready for onsite check-in.

2. Attendee Hub: Tags as a Filter for Sessions in Event App

   Attendees can now filter sessions in the Event App based on the tags curated by the event organizer so that they can quickly and easily refine the sessions they're looking for. Note: this filter is already available for Attendee Hub Web.

3. Attendee Hub: Custom Branded App Version Update Alert

   Customers utilizing a Custom Branded App for their events will see an alert banner within the Attendee Hub App Builder informing them a newer version of their Custom Branded App is now available to build. This will allow them to ensure their Custom Branded App can get all the same latest features and functionality that is offered in the Cvent Events app.
