The product team has four big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

1. Attendee Hub (CVENT Events app): Sign-up Events—This feature simplifies access to events that are open to the public and do not require pre-registration. Attendees can instantly create an account and log into the Cvent Events app using a magic link delivered via email.

   

2. Attendee Hub/Webianr: Live Captions - Live captioning feature automatically transcribes audio to text and embeds it directly into the platform for a seamless experience. Whether you are hard of hearing, prefer to read captions instead of listening to audio, or just want to follow along more closely, our live captioning feature will enhance the session experience.

   

3. Attendee Hub/Webinar: Icon Packs—Choose from 6 icon packs, each containing over 100 icons. Choose the pack that aligns with your brand, creating a unique attendee experience and elevating your event's visual impact.

   

4. Attendee Hub: Self-Service Branded Apps— For planners who manage their own app/play store submissions, you can now update your app with the latest features and create new builds in a fully self-serviced manner. If you still require support services, no worries they are still around to help you with every step of the process.

• Webinar: SMS verification code for team members. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024

• Attendee Hub: Attendees can add emails and phone numbers of their contacts to their device from within Attendee Messaging. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024

• Attendee Hub/Webinar: Drag-n-drop and bulk media uploading. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024

• Appointments: Standard Contact, Custom Contact, and Registration Fields in Appointments Report. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024

• Attendee Hub/Appointments: Attendees will receive notifications when appointments accepted on their behalf are scheduled or updated. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024

• Attendee Hub/Appointments: Appointments now display a distinctive label and duration on the My Schedule agenda feature. Expected Release date: 5 June 2024
