Attendee Engagement Releases for 02 August 2023
Top News: Tons of exciting releases for Attendee Hub and Webinar
The product team is very focused on improving the attendee experience and surfacing actionable data for event organizers:
Attendee Hub: Notifications for Appointments
Attendees will now receive notifications about their appointments at an event. Keeping track of appointments manually can be challenging and time-consuming. Notifications ensure that attendees are aware of any invitations, cancellations or updates in real-time, making it easier for them to stay on top of their schedules. With notifications, attendees can be confident that they will never miss an appointment request or be caught off guard by any last-minute changes. By providing timely and relevant notifications, attendees can be more efficient and productive, while staying informed and in control of their schedule.
Webinar: Embedded Registration
Webinar organizers will now be able to copy the code for their registration form to include it on their organization’s website, or on other promotional sites they may be using, to increase visibility and decrease barriers to entry for their attendees when registering.
Webinar: UTM Parameter Insights
Webinar users will now be able to view campaign traffic data and conversions on the overview page for registrations completed within a webinar. Data will be viewable based on campaign, source, or medium in keeping with the various utilizations of UTM parameters in the process of marketing an event.
Marketers can use this data to determine in real time which marketing efforts are most successful, and for post-webinar reconciliation to make decisions about promotional spend.
