Customizable Virtual Meeting Link Settings

What's Changed: When the Appointments feature is enabled for a hybrid or virtual Attendee Hub event, you can control whether to utilize Cvent's virtual meeting solution for appointments. 

Benefit: Providing greater flexibility and customization to align with event goals.

Support Uploading of Resources from the Appointment Calendar in the Exhibitor Portal

What's Changed: Admins can now upload resources directly from the Appointment Calendar in the Exhibitor Portal when scheduling appointments on behalf of their booth staff.  

Benefit: This makes it easier than ever for attendees, planners, and now exhibitor admins to share important documents, presentations, and files directly with other appointment participants, fostering better collaboration and preparation for their appointments.
