Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure that we do not release features into active, ongoing events.

Attendee Self-Cancel Registration

Planned release date: December 3, 2025.

What's Changed: Registered Attendees can now cancel their own event registration directly from their email, giving organizers instant visibility into anticipated attendance. Organizers can easily track canceled attendees with a new "Canceled Status" option, making faster, data-driven decisions on every event.

Benefit: Give your attendees more control and save your team valuable time. With self-cancellation, you'll see fewer support requests, faster attendee updates, and more accurate event rosters—making event management smoother for everyone.
