      Beta trial opportunity for Attendee Hub Event App users: Sign up ASAP if interested in getting early access to My Event and testing it out. My Event is a fully personalized page within Attendee Hub that will help with attendee engagement by presenting attendees with their "next best action," such as a complete profile, joining activity feed or game, etc., and later easily share daily, AI-generated event recaps to share with stakeholders. Join by completing this form by February 21.

      Audience Segments - Dynamic Segments

      What's Changed: A powerful enhancement to Audience Segments, Dynamic Segments streamlines attendee management with planner-defined, automated, and rule-based attendee assignments. This saves planners time and effort while ensuring precise control over who is in each segment.

      Benefit: Automate your personalization efforts by defining your segments and have Attendee Hub automatically apply that criterion when making a determination if an attendee should be a part of a specific segment or not, removing the need to assign attendees to segments manually.

      Text Styling Updates on Event App

      What's Changed: A new text formatting styling changes to the Event App to create a visually aesthetic and impactful experience for users.

      Benefit: This makes making information more accessible and engaging.

      Active Speaker Visual Indicators for Studio

      What's Changed: Hosts and speakers quickly identify which speaker is actively talking during a session.

      Benefit: It provides a clear visual cue to help hosts identify unwanted noise and mute any undesired speakers, keeping the session streamlined and focused.

      See a summary of the app enhancements that have been rolled out in each release window here.

      Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This ensures we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.

      What's Changed: We introduced comprehensive audience segment support in the OnArrival app, including new features like attendee list filtering, profile segments, display fields, kiosk segment filters, badge customization, and custom messaging.

      Benefit: These enhancements will save onsite staff time, improve event organization, and provide a personalized and smooth attendee experience by leveraging segments for better management and tailored interactions.
