Attendee Hub
Custom Pages Text and Images
What's Changed: This enhancement allows you to add and organize multiple text and image sections and options to customize alignment and background colors.
Benefit: Create highly detailed and visually attractive pages that elevate the attendee experience and greater engagement.
Multiple Sections: Add and rearrange multiple sections comprising text and images to create detailed custom pages. Each custom page can contain up to 15 sections, each with the ability to contain 1 image and/or a block of formatted text.
Color & Alignment: Customize the alignment of text and images separately for both the Web and App experiences, and choose background colors for each section based on the event's existing color palette, with the default set to the primary color.
Visibility Control: Manage the visibility of custom pages directly on the Custom Page itself and quickly see all areas where a given page can be accessed from across Attendee Hub
Multi-Color Icon Pack
What's Changed: This new multi-colored icon pack is designed to complement our existing greyscale and themed color palettes with a vibrant, nostalgic twist.
Benefit: More color and versatile theming options to inject personality and flair into your events.
Speaker Display (on event app only)
What's Changed: Speakers will now be more prominent on the session details page, displayed consistently for attendees to browse.
Benefit: In sessions with three or fewer speakers, all speaker information will be shown by default, stacked vertically, eliminating the need for carousel scrolling.

Updated Sidebar on Home (Attendee Hub Web) - utilizing the event's mood color rather than the background color now expected Jan 15, 2025

Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.

Video Analytics
What's Changed: Enhanced Video Analytics lets you see which videos resonate most with your audience and drill down into user-specific viewing details such as watch duration, watch percentage, and more.
Benefit: Here are the new analytics and features to help drive your video strategies:
Video Engagement Tab: Navigate to the newly introduced ‘Video Engagement’ tab to explore video analytics. Select or search for specific videos with ease.
Comprehensive Video Table: Access a comprehensive table listing all videos, complete with view counts and video durations. Refine your analysis by searching for specific videos and setting desired date ranges.
User-Specific Data: Click on any video to to see which hub members watched the content. Get access to their first name, last name, email address, total watch duration, and watch percentage.
Downloadable Data: Export this data as a .csv file for further analysis and sharing with your team.
Enhanced Search Capabilities: Search for specific members within the viewer list and update the viewing period as needed for precise insights.
OnArrival
Date Change
OnArrival Payments Enhancement: New reader and Tap-to-Pay support are now expected on 15 January 2024 while awaiting Apple App Store approval.
Webinar
Email to specific attendees
What's Changed: Send emails to specific attendees in webinars.
Benefit: This capability allows for more targeted communication, enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of communications with a customer's audience.
Clicking send now in an email will show all eligible attendees
Organizers can select one, multiple, or all eligible attendees to send an email, providing flexibility in communication
Invitation-Only Access
What's Changed: Limit webinar registrations exclusively to invited individuals.
Benefit: This ensures that only those on the invitation list are permitted to register for the webinar, maintaining confidentiality and exclusivity.
Invite-Only Setting: You can easily set your webinar or event to "invite-only" from the registration permissions section under the registration tab within a webinar.
Exclusive Registration: Only individuals added to the webinar or event attendee list will be able to register.
