      Custom Quick Links

      What's Changed: Upload your images for every Quick Link on the homepage. Extend your look and feel to web and mobile app navigation icons.

      Benefit: You can upload your images for each Quick Link—and edit the default text labels—giving you full creative control over a key part of the Attendee Hub homepage. This unlocks new possibilities for event branding, theming, and sponsor visibility.

      Advanced Fonts (Event App only)

      What's Changed: Choose between 50 new header and body font options for enhanced customization.

      Benefit: Previously available only on the web, this feature enables a visually cohesive and memorable app experience that reinforces your brand identity at every touchpoint. You can make your events stand out with a wide range of font styles.

      Audience Segments - Invitee Level Segment History

      What's Changed: A new audit feature that gives visibility into how attendees are associated (or disassociated) with both manual and rule-based segments over time.

      Benefit: As segmentation in Attendee Hub becomes automated, event organizers need greater transparency and trust in how segments behave. This feature provides a clear audit trail of attendee associations over time, directly in the workflow you employ today within Audience Segmentation. Efficiently diagnose segmentation issues and ensure segments perform as expected throughout the event lifecycle.

      Accessibility Improvement: Event App Login Form

      What's Changed: In response to recent feedback, we've updated the Attendee Hub Event App login form, making the required fields clearer and more user-friendly for all attendees.

      Benefit: Improving the login form's accessibility and clarity creates a more inclusive and seamless experience for all attendees. These enhancements make it easier for users to understand requirements and navigate the login process, reducing barriers to event access and supporting a smoother start to every attendee's journey.

      Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday. This ensures we are not releasing features into active, ongoing events.


      Events+

      Events+ is now available to all customers.

      What's Changed: We are now including Events+ in your account free of charge. This unlocks access to some amazing, marketer-friendly post-event capabilities.

      Benefit: Events+ is a centralized hub that promotes future events and highlights past event content. Using calendars and recorded video content, you can create a branded hub that helps you promote your upcoming events, drive new event registrations, and showcase your session recordings—all in a single, elegant solution.       Appointments

      Planner Navigation Updates for Appointment Events

      What's Changed: We've updated the Appointment configurations to remove legacy settings such as Exhibitor Profiles, Styles, and Settings.

      Benefit: This provides a cleaner, more intuitive setup experience for event planners leveraging Appointment Premium.


      Webinar

      Event List Updates to Differentiate Events with Same Name

      What's Changed: You can now add Event Codes and Internal Notes to your event list, making it easier to tell similar or recurring events apart. These updates help you stay organized behind the scenes—without changing what attendees see.

      Benefit: You can more clearly manage your recurring or similarly named events, reducing confusion during setup, tracking, and reporting.

      Increased Registration Import Limit for Webinar Events

      What's Changed: You can now import up to 5,000 registrants simultaneously for Webinars and Essential Events—up from the previous 1,000 limit.

      Benefit: This makes it faster and easier to manage large attendee lists, saving your team time and streamlining setup for big virtual events.


      Cvent Essentials

      Event List Updates to Differentiate Events with Same Name

      What's Changed: You can now add Event Codes and Internal Notes to your event list, making it easier to tell similar or recurring events apart. These updates help you stay organized behind the scenes—without changing what attendees see.

      Benefit: Manage your recurring or similarly named events with greater clarity, reducing confusion during setup, tracking, and reporting.
