Link to Individual Sessions in Attendee Hub

What's Changed: Easily and consistently link to session pages, similar to other event pages like speakers or exhibitors. This streamlines the process and ensures a seamless experience across all components.

Benefit: Session Detail pages are now part of the Unified Library of Internal Pages, enabling you to link to session-specific content from Custom Cards, Quick Links, and Banners.

      Send Seating Assignments via Notifications

What's Changed: The Seating feature is now extended to the Attendee Hub (Web and Event App) through Notifications. By leveraging data tags, you can send real-time notifications with seat assignments. The system has been designed to minimize disruptions, improve crowd management, and enhance attendee satisfaction.

Benefit: Enable seating plans and ensure that attendees can access their seat assignments in advance. Notifications with their table and seat details can be sent to attendees, reducing the need for on-site assistance and improving the overall event flow. This update enhances convenience for attendees and streamlines event management.

      Q&A Support in Compliance API

What's Changed: Promote engagement with the Q&A functionality in Attendee Hub while meeting legal and regulatory obligations.

Benefit: Customers in financial verticals can now extract Q&A information from the compliance API and store and run audits to satisfy your legal and risk compliance requirements.

      • Support for larger files, up to 2 GB in size.

      Product-Based User Access

What's Changed: Grant targeted access while preventing exposure to broader platform functionality.

      Key Features:

      • Role-Based Limited Access: Users will be assigned a pre-configured role specific to their user type (e.g., Webinar User, Essentials User).

      • User Allocation: As per your contract, these specialized users will not count toward the standard account user allocation. Instead, they will be placed in a separate category for Webinar/Essentials users.

Benefit: Product-based users, also known as Essentials and Webinar users, are specialized users with access restricted to their assigned products. This allows administrators to grant targeted access while preventing exposure to other platform applications, ensuring streamlined processes, enhanced security, and preventing potential configuration errors.

      Document Resources Report

What's Changed: Organizers can review overall downloads and detailed attendee data to track which attendees downloaded the resources.

Benefit: This will allow you to better track engagement, follow up on leads appropriately, and tailor marketing efforts according to attendees' interests based on resource views and downloads.
