Go Live Billing Notification

What's Changed: This update provides you with clear information about potential charges when publishing the Attendee Hub Website and Event App, reducing confusion and preventing accidental overages.

Benefit: By communicating these details upfront, you can make informed decisions about your event features, leading to a more confident and streamlined publishing experience. This will enhance transparency, minimize billing disputes, and provide consistency with the OnArrival Premium "Go Live" experience.

Read-only mode for appointments when the Appointment Event is closed

What's Changed: When an appointment event is closed, the setting “Allow attendees and exhibitor admins can manage appointments” in the appointment planner configuration will automatically be set to read-only. Attendees will no longer be able to schedule, reschedule, respond or cancel appointments through Attendee Hub after the appointment event is closed. 

Benefit: This provides more clarity for attendees, encouraging them to respond in a timely manner and affording event planners more control, ensuring clean and accurate appointment reporting once the event concludes.

Download Segment Invitee History Report

What's Changed: A new Segment Invitee History Report, a downloadable event-level export that consolidates the full audit trail of invitee–segment changes in one place. You need clear visibility into how invitees move in and out of segments over time to ensure that segments perform as intended, personalizing communication and content.

Benefit: This provides a scalable method for validating rule behavior, troubleshooting discrepancies, and ensuring segments perform as expected throughout the event lifecycle.

Remember, Attendee Hub customers - If you have an active event between Wednesday and Sunday after this release date, you will not see these new features until Monday after the release. This is to ensure that we do not release features into active, ongoing events.
