User Mapping Module In Engagement Type

Expected Release Date: 6 Sep, 2024

Managing user access for engagement types involves cumbersome processes with limited options. Meeting Managers must either update access on individual profiles, use CSV files using multiple access rights, or adjust access via basic engagement settings with limited flexibility.

We are introducing a new User Mapping Module at the engagement level, designed to simplify bulk updates of engagement access rights. This enhancement aims to reduce manual efforts and streamline user access updates.

Automatic 'Save as Draft' Update for Meetings

With this new release, a new automatic "Save as Draft" feature will enhance your meeting scheduling experience and prevent data loss. When changes are made, the system automatically saves your meeting details as a draft every minute. A new interface will also be available to view, edit, and delete your meeting drafts.

This release helps prevent loss of work due to timeouts or accidental tab closures and increases efficiency by allowing users to resume work from where they left off.
