      What’s Changing?

      • BEOs - Simplify your event planning by uploading your Banquet Event Order (BEO) from any external sales and catering system.

      • AI integration - AI will automatically extract key details such as the event name, date, and time, and populate the event information for you! 

      Key Benefits:

      • The BEO will automatically be saved to the Event Documents section of the event.

      • Streamline your event creation process and save time by reducing the amount of double entries.

      Introducing All Hotels Enhanced Hotel Card

      What’s Changing?

      We are excited to introduce a new feature on the All Hotels page: collapsible and expandable hotel cards. Now you can easily view essential hotel details at a glance and expand the card for more information.

      Feature Highlights:

      The enhanced hotel card interface will now allow you to expand the card to see detailed hotel information or collapse it for a cleaner view.

      The expanded view will display the following details:

      • Expandable Hotel Card UI: Expand the card to see detailed hotel information or collapse it for a cleaner view.

      • Number of Sub Blocks: View total sub-blocks, including rooms and attendee types, at event and hotel levels.

      • Sub Blocks with Inventory: See the total number of sub-blocks with allocated inventory.

      • Peak Inventory Night: Identify event dates with the highest inventory across hotels.

      • Peak Picked Up Night: Find the date with the most occupied sleeping rooms during the event.

      • Total Room Nights Picked Up: Check the total number of rooms booked across all days.

      • Total Room Nights Blocked: Review the total room blocks assigned to the event by the hotel.

      • Unprocessed Reservations: Monitor the number of reservations pending processing by the hotel in Passkey.

      Key Benefits:

      • Better Visibility: Quickly grasp key hotel metrics without navigating away.

      • Efficient Inventory Management: View sub-blocks with inventory and peak nights to optimize room allocations and track availability in real time.

      Introducing Vendor Showcase powered by Reposite

      We are excited to introduce the new Vendor Showcase feature for Reposite, designed to streamline and enhance your vendor sourcing.

      What’s Changing?

      This feature reintroduces the "share with vendors" checkbox at the final step of sending a venue RFP in the new CSN planner experience, ensuring seamless connections with vendors through Reposite.

      Feature Highlights:

      • "Share with Vendors" Checkbox:

        • Reintroduction: The "share with vendors" checkbox is back on the final step of sending a venue RFP.

        • Ease of Use: Simply check the box to share your RFP with vendors in various categories.

        • Vendor Categories: All categories are available by default, except Venues & Hotels. You can opt out of specific categories if needed!

      • Automated Email Trigger:

        • Internal Notification: Checking the "share with vendors" box will automatically notify our internal Reposite team.

        • Curation of Reposite RFPs: Our team will curate Reposite RFPs tailored to the event for which the venue RFP was sent.

      • Planner Notifications:

        • Email Alerts: You will receive email notifications with real-time responses from Reposite vendors.
