Reduces guesswork and streamlines the path to the next booking step.

What else with Passkey?
Introducing "Show Available" now includes waitlisted options
Expected Release Date: 11/26/2025
Overview:
We’re updating the Passkey Attendee Booking Site so that when the Show Available filter is ON, waitlisted inventory is displayed as available on both the Hotel Selection and Room Selection pages—improving visibility and helping attendees discover more booking options. This is especially valuable for event owners who leverage Passkey’s waitlist functionality.
Benefits:
Greater transparency into overall availability by surfacing waitlisted options alongside available ones, so attendees can see all paths to secure a room.
More booking opportunities as attendees can easily identify and join waitlists for popular dates and properties—without extra steps.
Simpler experience with fewer toggles: there’s no need to switch to “Display all options regardless of availability” to view waitlisted nights—waitlist rooms now show by default across all four hotel search page options.
Clearer messaging with the updated label, “Waitlist Available,” for consistent, intuitive guidance across the site.

Decoupling Billing Fields when Processing Rooming Lists
Live now! 10/16/2025
Overview:
When you’re processing a reservation in the Room List Manager, you can now edit individual billing fields (for example, Address) without changing any credit card fields. Earlier this year, Passkey standardized credit card forms across the app to align with PCI guidelines, which grouped billing fields together and made single-field updates harder. This update removes that friction so you can make quick, field-level changes while keeping strong payment security.
If a reservation is pending or unprocessed due to billing info errors, double-click within Billing Information to edit any of these fields:
Name
Address 1
Address 2
City
State
Postal
Country
Phone
Benefits:
Save time: fix just what’s wrong without re-entering full billing details.
Cut mistakes: targeted edits reduce the chance of introducing new errors.
Streamline your workflow: fewer steps to get the reservation processed.
Reduce payment retries: clean up billing issues before re-running payment.
Stay secure: keep using the standardized, PCI-aligned credit card handling while updating billing-only details.
Improve data quality: precise edits help keep guest and billing records clean.
What's next?
Allow bulk edits to multiple reservations where card information can be updated independent of billing information.
