      Introducing AI Agenda Assistant Powered by CventIQ

      Overview

      Filling out agenda details is often the most time-consuming part of an RFP—it’s where all your event requirements come together. On the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN), this has traditionally meant a lot of manual entry. Based on your feedback and real-world workflows, we created the Agenda Assistant, an AI-powered feature that automates agenda creation so you can move faster with less effort.

      How it works

      You can generate a structured agenda in three simple ways:

      • Paste your agenda details into a smart text box for instant formatting.

      • Upload a file (PDF, Excel, Word, or TXT) with your agenda information.

      • Describe your agenda in plain natural language, and let the assistant do the rest.

      The Agenda Assistant analyzes your input, extracts the key details (sessions, times, tracks, locations), and produces a clean, well-structured agenda you can insert directly into your RFP—no retyping required.

      Benefits

      • Dramatically speeds up your agenda entry process, saving you time and reducing manual work.

      • Meets you where you are—whether you have a document ready, prefer freeform text, or want to describe your agenda naturally.

      • Improves accuracy and consistency across submissions by standardizing formatting.

      • Streamlines collaboration with a clear, intuitive workflow that’s easy to adopt.

      Step-by-step (from the Create RFP section):

      • After you enter your event start and end dates, the Generate Agenda button becomes available in the Meeting Requirements section:

      • Click Generate Agenda to open Agenda Assistant, where you can upload a file or type/paste your meeting requirements:

      • After you upload a file or add text, the Generate Agenda button becomes active. Click it, and the Assistant will process your input.

      • You can return to the RFP to add other details while the Assistant processes your input, or stay on this page. If you go back, you’ll receive a notification when your agenda is ready to review and add to the form:

      • Review and insert the generated agenda into your RFP; after you add it, an icon will mark agenda items created by the Agenda Assistant:

      Availability

      The feature rollout in waves will begin for all paid customer accounts starting from October 27, 2025.

      Vendor Marketplace

      Introducing 'Vendor Partners' on CSN Venue Profiles

      Expected Release Date: 10/22/2025

      Overview

      What it means for you:

      • Curated vendor lists linked to each venue, so you can quickly find the right partners.plan

      • Greater transparency into the venue’s broader vendor ecosystem.

      • A more streamlined sourcing experience—from venue selection to vendor coordination.

      Key features

      • Vendor Partners section: You will see a new section on each venue profile that highlights a concise list of trusted vendor partners who work closely with the venue—helping you zero in on the right support quickly.

      • Curated vendor lists: By default, you will see a Cvent‑recommended list of Reposite vendors matched to the venue’s location and services. On Diamond venue profiles, you will see a list curated by the venue itself; on Basics profiles, you will see the default recommended list.

      • Vendor details: You will get clear, at‑a‑glance vendor cards showing each vendor’s name, image, service categories, and a direct link to their full profile on Reposite for deeper information.

      • Seamless sourcing: You can click on any vendor to view their full profile or start sourcing directly through Reposite. If you’re logged in, single sign‑on (SSO) will connect you automatically; if you’re not, you will be routed to Reposite’s planner page:  https://app.reposite.io/cvent/planners

      • Automatic SSO handoff: You will have your Reposite SSO established the moment you click a vendor (if it isn’t already), so you can move from discovery to sourcing without interruptions.
