As you gear up for the new year, we’re thrilled to introduce a fantastic update to the Cvent Supplier Network designed to enhance your sourcing process. Our new and improved review feature allows multiple users to submit feedback for the same event once the event dates have passed.

Feature Overview:
This enhancement enables team-wide collaboration on post-event reviews for awarded RFPs, streamlining feedback collection and improving decision-making for future events. Previously, only the RFP creator could provide input, but now, all relevant stakeholders—such as sourcing, negotiation, and onsite event support teams—can contribute directly.

How It Enhances Your Experience:
This improvement fosters a more comprehensive evaluation of venue performance by incorporating diverse perspectives across your team. The shared feedback feature saves time by centralizing reviews and increases accuracy with input from those directly engaging with the property. By empowering collaboration, this update can improve the overall efficiency of your venue sourcing process by up to 30%.

Where to Find It:
All submitted reviews will appear on both search results and venue profiles, offering valuable insights for your team. To access this feature, navigate to the “Reviews” tab within the Supplier section of your Cvent account and find RFPs available for review.
