Save RFP as Draft

We are excited to announce that you can now save an RFP as a draft before sending it directly to suppliers or publishing it to the Marketplace. 

What’s changing? 

When planners go to create their RFP, they will see a new option to "Save as Draft." RFPs created this way will not be published in the Marketplace and will not be actively matched. 

Feature Highlights: 

You can now return and publish the RFP to the marketplace anytime by selecting the "Publish" option. They can also use the "Search Suppliers" option from viewing the RFP to launch the My Suppliers search. 

When you navigate to the "My Suppliers" search, the search results will have the project and RFP pre-populated. 

Lastly, when you now select "Send RFP" the project will already be chosen, and all you need to do is hit send. From there, the supplier will appear in "Pending Responses" until they respond to the RFP.

What’s Changing?

We're thrilled to announce our latest update for Reposite planners, enhancing the integration between Cvent and Reposite. Now, Cvent planners can view and manage their Reposite Projects and RFPs directly from the Vendors tab… all with one click! 

Key Features 

• Unified view and quick access 

  • Reposite data available within the Cvent application 

  • One-click access to Reposite Projects and RFPs 

• Grid Details, Search and Filtering Options 

  • RFP-level details: 

    • RFP dates and status 

    • Created date 

    • RFP activities 

  • Project level search & RFP status filter to narrow down planner's search 

Pre-Requisites 

• Setup: For Reposite data to appear on the Cvent planner, SSO should be established for the user. 

  • If SSO is not established or there are no RFPs created yet, an empty grid will be shown. 

  • Planners can establish SSO by clicking on the Find Vendors button from the new CSN planner experience.
