View Instant Bookings in New CSN Planner Experience
We have some exciting news to share with you! In July, we introduced the Instant Book feature in the Cvent Supplier Network, making it easier for you to book your simple meetings without the need for a lengthy RFP process. Initially, we created a separate page in the Old CSN Planner experience where you could view and manage your bookings. However, we have been working hard to enhance the CSN Planner application, and we are delighted to announce that you can now manage your bookings and RFPs together in one convenient location in the New CSN Planner experience. This means that you can view and manage all your bookings in a single, combined view, streamlining your experience and saving you time. We hope this new feature will help you manage your events more efficiently and make your experience even better.
What’s changing?
In the New CSN Planner experience, Instant Booking records will now appear alongside existing RFP records.
You will be able to view meeting room details, room block details, and even view reservation pick-up against your room block.
If you are still leveraging the Old CSN Planner experience, you can continue to access your instant booking records from the stand-alone bookings management page.
What else is new? Custom Questions Classifications - Sync Changes in the Library
We've heard your feedback! To make the RFP process more streamlined and relevant for hotels, we've made significant changes to the Custom Questions section.
Mandatory RFP Requirements: You are now required to specify RFP Requirements - whether they pertain to Meeting Space, Guest Space, or both - when adding Custom Questions to the RFP.
Benefits
Focused Questions: This ensures that any custom questions added are relevant to the RFP, reducing the chances of receiving irrelevant or off-topic inquiries.
Efficiency Boost: This change aims to save time for hotels and reduce any unnecessary back-and-forth communication.
Sync with Library: This change aims to save you time by syncing RFP Requirements defined in these questions with the library to avoid any unnecessary rework the next time you use the same questions.
