Introducing new CSN Plans!
Introducing an exciting update to the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN) that makes it easier for you to explore and learn about our subscription plans. Now, you can conveniently view the different plans directly from your account, increasing awareness of our Pro and Enterprise options. Plus, we've streamlined the process for requesting demos if you're interested in upgrading.
What's New:
Plan Visibility: If you have a free account, you can now see the details of the Pro and Premium plans. While direct access to paid features still requires contacting Cvent support or submitting a demo request, this update provides clear and immediate information about the benefits of each plan.
Popular Pro Bundle Features: Our Pro Plan now includes sought-after features like NSO Connectivity, Proposal Preferences, and RFP Custom Questions, offering you a more comprehensive sourcing experience.
Enterprise Plan Highlights: If you're part of a larger organization or need advanced capabilities, our Enterprise Plan is perfect for you. Enjoy custom supplier categories, budget management, and a dedicated sourcing account manager for a fully customizable and streamlined event-sourcing process.
Upgrading via Demo Requests: While upgrading directly through your account isn't available yet, you can easily request a demo to learn more about our paid features and initiate the upgrade process. Look out for visible prompts or marketing pages, and our Cvent sales team will be there to assist you with plan upgrades.

What else? Introducing the CSN Planner - CED Integration
What's New:
Coming soon, we're introducing an exciting update to the New CSN Planner Experience. Now, you'll be able to seamlessly navigate to Cvent Event Diagramming (CED) directly from the CSN platform. This means that immediately after awarding an RFP, you can effortlessly transition into creating diagrams and layouts for your events. Enjoy a streamlined and efficient event planning process with this new feature.
How It Works:
Award Confirmation Screen: After awarding an RFP to a CED integrated venue, you'll find an option on the award confirmation screen to get started with CED. Simplify event planning by seamlessly transitioning into creating diagrams and layouts for your events.
Clicking on the get started button will land you on the CED login screen.
Existing accounts
Login successfully and be instantly directed to the create diagram screen. Your event is already set up and all details from the linked RFP are automatically fetched. No more switching platforms or manual data entry is required.
What if I don't have a login?
Don't have a CED login? No worries! Sign up for a CED account in just two simple steps. Once you're signed up, you can start leveraging the powerful diagramming features of CED and enjoy the integration with your future awarded RFPs. Take advantage of this opportunity and unlock the full potential of event diagramming.

Credit Card Guarantee Updates for Instant Book Guest Room Blocks
We have made some exciting updates to our platform regarding credit card collection for guest room blocks and meeting room bookings. Now, when you instantly book a guest room block, your credit card will only be collected if the hotel integration provider requires it for payment processing. No more unnecessary input of credit card data if it's not needed.
In addition, creating meeting room bookings is now hassle-free. You no longer need to provide a credit card for this process. Any deposits or final payments will be collected directly by the suppliers outside of our tool. Enjoy a smoother and more convenient experience while managing your bookings.
Who is this feature intended for?
This feature is intended to help both planners and suppliers by alleviating any confusion regarding credit card charges during the booking process. With this update, our goal is to make Instant Booking more accessible and user-friendly, particularly for third-party planners. If you prefer not to use your own credit card for room block guarantee, you can now take advantage of this feature without any hesitation.
