RFP Budget Management Enhancements

We are excited to announce the release of two new features in the RFP Budgets within the New CSN Experience, designed to enhance usability and streamline your budgeting processes.

Budget Allocations

You can now easily allocate budget items to various categories and subcategories.

Key Benefits:

  • Organized Reporting: Seamless reporting of all budget allocation data provides clearer, more actionable insights.

  • Defined Limits: The user interface clearly displays limits for each category and notifies you as you approach or exceed them.

This feature empowers you to manage budgets more effectively, ensuring clarity and control over financial allocations.

Bulk Delete Functionality

You can delete multiple budget items simultaneously by selecting them and clicking delete.

Key Benefits:

  • Time Efficiency: The new bulk delete option drastically reduces the time required to manage budget items, compared to the previous method of deleting items individually.

  • Improved Usability: Streamlining the deletion process enhances both your user experience and overall productivity.

Optimize Venue Selections in Copy RFP to Improve Response Rate from Venues

We're excited to introduce a new feature aimed at enhancing the venue selection process in the Copy RFP workflow. This update is designed to improve venue response rates, especially in international markets, and streamline your overall sourcing experience.

We understand the challenges you face with low response rates, particularly from international venues. To address this, we've implemented enhancements that help you prioritize venues more likely to respond quickly and efficiently.

Key Enhancements:

  1. Show Top Responders: You will now see a list of venues identified as Top Responders in the international market. This feature will help you quickly identify venues with a history of timely and positive responses to RFPs.

  2. Default Unchecking of Non-Responders: All venues not responding to the original RFP being copied will be unchecked by default. This change helps you avoid including venues that have previously failed to respond, reducing frustration and improving the overall sourcing process.
