Standard Questions in CSN Redesign

We are excited to announce that the Standard Questions bank is now available on the new CSN redesign platform, exclusively designed for planners who have purchased the Custom Questions option for their RFP sourcing. By using these pre-written questions, you can save valuable time and effort that would have otherwise been spent thinking of the right questions to ask each time you send an RFP.

Our Standard Questions bank covers a wide range of topics that are relevant to event planning, ensuring that you don't miss out on any important details. These questions cannot be edited to maintain consistency across the platform since they are meant to be industry-wide. Suppliers will be able to save their responses to these questions and get back to you faster.

You can find the bank of questions in your Preferred section under Custom Questions. You can also add these questions to your Default Questions folder if you wish to have them display on every RFP you create.


What you should know:

  • These questions cannot be edited to main consistency across the platform since they are meant to be industry-wide. Suppliers will be able to save their responses to these questions and get back to you faster.

  • The bank of questions can be found in your Preferred section under Custom Questions. You can add these questions to your Default Questions folder if you wish to have them display on every RFP you create.

  • Otherwise, you can add them when creating a new RFP under the Custom Questions section of the form

We are confident that this new feature will make your RFP process smoother and more efficient.

One more thing... we're making your profiles extra secure.

Validate Account User profile updates with Account Password

We take account security very seriously, and we're always looking for ways to make your experience with us as safe as possible. That's why we're introducing an additional layer of protection for your account.

From now on, all Account Users (excluding those who use Single Sign On) must validate any updates to their user details using their current account password. This means that only authorized individuals can access and modify your account, preventing any potential hijacking attempts.

Important to note:

To further strengthen security measures, we require users to enter their account password to validate any changes made to their account.

We're also implementing a username lockout and automated log out feature. This means that if there are five consecutive incorrect password attempts to validate changes, your associated username will be locked for 30 minutes, and you'll be automatically logged out from Cvent.

We hope that this extra level of security gives you peace of mind and reassurance that your information is safe with us.
