Vendor RFIs in New Cvent Supplier Network Planner Experience

We are pleased to announce the addition of a new tab called 'Vendors' on our new CSN Planner Experience. This tab will provide a comprehensive list of all the vendor requests also known as Request for Information (RFIs), which were previously only accessible through the Manage RFPs tab on the old user experience.

The new tab view will enable you to view both venue requests and vendor requests on the same page, eliminating the need to switch back and forth between the old and the new experience:

Additionally, with this release, we will start listing the Requests for Information (RFIs) report under the Reports page on the new Planner experience.

What else is new? Customize & Create Custom Views on RFP Venue List

Dive into the new CSN Planner experience with enhanced customization! We understand that every planner's preference is unique. Therefore, we're introducing the ability to adjust and personalize what you see in the RFP Venue List.

1. Focused Insights: See what's most important to you by tailoring the displayed information, allowing for quicker decision-making and a streamlined RFP process.

2. Standard View & Beyond: While we continue to provide a default view displaying venues and their responses, you now have the tools to modify this to your liking.

3. Create & Save Custom Views: No more repetitive adjustments! Once you've customized your view, save it. This ensures quick access in the future, optimizing your planning process.

We're confident that this added flexibility will elevate your planning experience. As always, we value your feedback and look forward to hearing your thoughts on this enhancement.

Lastly... Custom Questions Classifications

We've heard your feedback! To make the RFP process more streamlined and relevant for hotels, we've made significant changes to the Custom Questions section.

Mandatory RFP Requirements: You are now required to specify RFP Requirements - whether they pertain to Meeting Space, Guest Space, or both - when adding Custom Questions to the RFP.

Benefits

1. Focused Questions: This ensures that any custom questions added are relevant to the RFP, reducing the chances of receiving irrelevant or off-topic inquiries.

2. Efficiency Boost: This change aims to save time for hotels and reduce any unnecessary back-and-forth communication.

We believe this update will lead to a more effective, efficient, and user-friendly experience for both planners and hotels. As always, we're committed to continuous improvement and welcome your feedback on these changes.

This feature will be released to all our CSN Planners using the Custom Questions feature.
