Starting with the Cvent Supplier Network's new and enhanced experience...

Introducing Elevate Your Planning: Introducing New Columns on the RFP List Page!

We’re thrilled to introduce a significant enhancement to the RFP list page that will elevate your planning experience! To provide you with better visibility and streamline your decision-making process, we have introduced two new columns on the RFP list page:

  1. Bids: This column will display the total number of bids received from venues for each RFP. Now, you can quickly assess the level of interest and competition at a glance.

  2. Last Awarded Date: In this column, you will find the date when each RFP was last awarded. This information will help you track awarded dates and make informed decisions based on recent activity.

Why This Change?
Previously, this crucial information was buried within the RFP details, making it challenging for you to get a comprehensive overview. With the addition of these two columns, you can now see all relevant data in one place, enabling you to make quicker, more informed decisions.

We believe these updates will significantly enhance your planning experience and give you the insights needed to navigate the RFP landscape effectively.

What else? Launch of Retain NSO contact selection

We are thrilled to share more exciting news with you about the enhanced experience on the Cvent Supplier Network (CSN)! We have made significant improvements to Retain NSO, specifically focusing on the Send Flow, Resend Flow, and Send Message Flow. These changes were made with your needs in mind, addressing a common challenge you faced when managing NSO selections for RFPs.

In the past, you had to manually deselect NSO choices for each venue when resending RFPs or sending messages. We understand that this process was time-consuming and often led to miscommunication or the need to remember which NSOs had been previously contacted.

But now, with our latest release, we have simplified and streamlined this process for you. The selected NSO contacts during the Send Message, Send Flow, and Resend Flow will be retained for each RFP. This means you can now enjoy a more efficient and hassle-free experience!

Here are the key benefits you can expect:

  1. Targeted Contact Selection: You can now specify NSO contacts that are most relevant to each RFP. This ensures effective engagement and improved communication. Tailoring your messaging to meet the unique needs of each RFP will foster better relationships with your contacts.

  2. Contact Retention: The NSO contacts you select will be retained for future use. This streamlines the process for recurring or similar projects, saving you time and reducing the hassle of reselecting contacts. Now, you can focus on what truly matters.

  3. Improved User Experience: This streamlined process enhances overall efficiency. It allows you to concentrate on crafting impactful proposals rather than managing contacts. We want to make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

Last but not least, with the Cvent Supplier Network's new and enhanced experience...

Launching enhanced meeting space calculator in RFP form

We’re excited to introduce our newly enhanced Meeting Space Calculator, created to make choosing and reserving the ideal meeting or event space easier than ever!

Challenge Addressed: Previously, the Meeting Space Calculator lacked selection-based prompts, limiting its usage and leading to inefficiencies. Now, with the calculator embedded directly in the planning form, you can enjoy a smoother, more intuitive experience that effortlessly maximizes its benefits.

Key Improvements: With this update, room types are now mapped to suggested layouts aligned with market standards. Attendee and room size calculations are interdependent, offering a more customized approach. You'll also find prompts below the room size, attendee count, and layout options, delivering essential guidance and insights for a seamless experience.

Benefits:

  1. Comprehensive Space Selection:

    • Explore a diverse range of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring you find the layout that perfectly fits your occasion.

  2. Guided Decision-Making:

    • Unsure about the best room layout? The calculator now provides tailored prompts and insights, empowering you to make informed choices that align with your event goals.

  3. Considerations for Your Space:

    • Room Availability: Easily assess room sizes to ensure they meet your requirements—whether too small or just right for your gathering.

    • Capacity Calculation: Accurately determine how many attendees can comfortably fit into each space, avoiding complications and ensuring a pleasant experience for all.

  4. Improved User Experience:

    • Our intuitive Meeting Space Calculator has never been better! With enhanced prompts and suggestions, finding the optimal space for your meeting or event is simpler and more efficient, eliminating surprises along the way.

We’re confident these enhancements will elevate your planning experience, making it easier than ever to organize successful events. These updates will be available to all planners using the New CSN Planner Experience.
