Hi there! We have some exciting news from our product team regarding a major improvement to Cvent's Passkey solution.

Introducing Sub-Block Group Management Read Only Inventory

We are excited to announce that we have made significant improvements to the experience of creating and managing sub-block groups in Passkey. And now, we are introducing a new feature that allows you to easily view the hotels and room blocks associated with each sub-block group directly from the sub-block group management page.


With this release, if you work with sub-block groups, you will now have a comprehensive view of the hotels and rooms linked to your sub-block groups.

The view will display the allocated room block, pick-up, and free-sell available rooms for each inventory date.

With this feature, you will be able to quickly and conveniently access basic inventory details from a single page, eliminating the need to run reports for this information.

What's next?

In our next release, we plan to enhance the functionality even further. You will have the ability to manage hotels, rooms, and make edits to the nightly sub-block allocated inventory directly from this page. This enhancement aims to simplify the process of managing your sub-block groups by minimizing the need to navigate away from the page for simple inventory edits.

Date Change - Passkey Auto Block will now be released April 24.
