Introducing Cvent Event Diagramming's New User Journey

What is it?

• The New User Journey is a tailored onboarding experience for specific segments of new Cvent Event Diagramming users, to improve your Event Diagramming abilities to use the platform more effectively.

• The New User Journey aims to educate new users before any knowledge gaps form. Prior to this release, existing knowledge base articles required users to seek further educational resources and assistance.

• With the New User Journey, you will get a unique path depending on whether you're categorized as a planner (event planners, etc.) or supplier (hotels, venues, etc).

A Walk-Through of the New User Journey:

1. Unique home page guidance for suppliers and planners: you will receive personalized guidance through the home page, showcasing relevant features and resources such as the knowledge base and support resources.

2. Persona-specific first-time diagramming: Both personas will be introduced to core features like templates, favorites, and collaboration, helping you get immediate value from CED.

3. Workflow enhancing features on second session: When you enter a diagram the second time, we surface two productivity-boostings features: table numbering and seating attendees with Attendee Manager.

   

4. Walkthroughs for complex workflows: you will receive brief walkthrough of essential features in complex workflows pertaining to managing attendees.
