      Updated Venue Profile Page

      Expected Release Date: Phased releases 03/03/2025 until 06/01/2025

      We are excited to share that the Venue Profile Page has been revamped to provide a better user experience for planners!

      What's Changed:

      • The booking options, including Select Venue, Promotions, and Instant Book, will always be accessible in a dedicated panel on the right.

      • Contact Details / Multi-media Gallery will always be available at the top, even as you scroll down the page

      • Promotions / Need Dates show a “Matching dates” indicator if your event dates match the venue's promotion dates/need dates.

      • Improved usability of the Meeting Space Grid, making it easier to see all the rooms and options from a full-screen modal using the "View All Rooms" button.

      Benefits: This update streamlines the process of reviewing venue details and data with a more intuitive search experience. Planners will find it easier to interact with venues thanks to the grouping of contact options (add to RFP, instant book, claim promotions). Enhanced accessibility and mobile design ensure a seamless experience across all devices. The updated tech stack offers faster and more efficient search performance, significantly improving the overall user experience.


      Passkey

      Log in to Passkey via Magic Link

      Expected Release Date: 05/21/2025

      What's Changed: Planners can now access the Planner Portal using a "magic link" sent to their email, eliminating the need for a password. This change provides a seamless login experience for all planner users.

      Benefits: This feature simplifies the login process by removing the need to remember and enter a password. It enhances the user experience by offering a frictionless and more efficient way to access the Planner Portal.


      Vendor Marketplace powered by Reposite

      Invite co-workers to your Reposite Organization

      Expected Release Date: 05/07/2025

      We are excited to introduce a new feature that enhances collaboration within your Reposite organization. As requested by our planners, Reposite now offers a quick and efficient way for you to invite your co-workers to join your organization.

      This update streamlines adding new team members, making it easier for you to expand your team and work together seamlessly.

      What's Changed:

      • The Teams page has been renamed to "Users".

      • Added a new "Add User" button to quickly invite new members by entering their email address.

      • Introduced a quick username or email address search to easily find team members.

      • Added a "Last Login" column to display the latest login date for each user (blank for users who have not yet logged in).

      • Enhanced email invitation process:

        • Enter the user's email address you wish to invite and click "Send invite".

        • The invitee will receive an email invite that is valid for 7 days.

      • Simplified account creation and sign-up procedure:

        • Invited users can click on the "Create Account" link in the email invite, fill in their details, and complete the sign-up process.

      • Auto-approval for users with the same email domain as the inviter simplifies the onboarding process.

      • Standard approval process for users with different email domains, ensuring security and proper validation  

      Benefit: These updates make expanding your team within the organization easier and faster. The "Add User" button provides a quick and easy way to invite new members, while the "Last Login" column helps track user activity. The enhanced email invitation process ensures timely onboarding with a 7-day valid invite, and the simplified account creation and sign-up procedure smooths out the onboarding process. Auto-approval for the same domain invites further streamlining to the process, while the standard approval process for different domains enhances security and validation. Overall, these enhancements foster better collaboration and productivity by simplifying team management.
