      Session Snapshots & AI Live Transcript

      We are introducing 2 new Event App features to improve attendee engagement with in-person sessions. Live Transcript: Attendees will be able to view a live transcript of the session audio. Snapshots: With our AI-enhanced note generation, an attendee simply taps a button, and the system will grab a small portion of the transcript and combine it with an AI-generated title and summary to create a Snapshot note.

      Attendee Assistant (AI chatbot)

      We're excited to introduce an AI-powered virtual assistant in Attendee Hub (event app only to start, but later in AH web as well). Attendees can ask questions based on seeded prompts that help them gather event-specific information and/or perform tasks such as building their schedule or discovering recommended content and attendees.

      Group Packages

      Group Packages is a new feature that simplifies bulk registration management for events. It allows designated Group Managers to purchase multiple registrations at once and assign them to individual invitees later.

      Event Assistant (AI Chatbot for Websites)

      Planners can enable an attendee-facing AI chatbot to help answer invitees' questions as they decide to register for the event. The Assistant pulls information from the event's public website pages.

      Build Your Own Reports - FINANCIALS

      We are enhancing Build Your Own Reports by introducing the Financial report type. This addition will enable users to generate detailed reports on order and transaction data for invitees and registrants. The implementation will provide deeper insights into financial metrics, assisting in better financial tracking and decision-making.

      Event Theme Project—a centralized theming system designed to unify event branding (colors, logos, fonts, and more) across the Cvent platform. With this new system, planners can define a theme once, and it will automatically apply across all attendee touchpoints including Event Website, Attendee Hub, Emails, Surveys and more!

      Workflow Triggers Enhancements

      In this release, we're enhancing how Admin Users manage and visualize Event Roles, Visibility, and Status Triggers within an organization's meetings management workflow.

      Key improvements include: More powerful and flexible triggers with enhanced filtering and logic features, allowing more actions within a single trigger and reducing the total number of triggers needed; Enhanced triggers that can be associated with specific MRFs, ensuring that only relevant RFPs trigger actions; Improved trigger visualization, enabling easier understanding and management of triggers related to specific workflows.

      (AI) RFP Builder

      Introducing the RFP Builder: an intuitive chatbot that makes creating and filling out your RFPs fast and effortless. As soon as you access the RFP section, the chatbot guides you step-by-step, collecting all the key details needed for a complete, ready-to-send RFP. Easily share your event information by uploading a file, pasting your schedule, or simply describing your needs in your own words. You can revise any information after the AI fills it in.

      Qualifications: CSN customers who do a high volume of RFPs per year

      (AI) Venue Recommendations

      We are introducing a natural language, AI Powered, venue discovery experience that allows planners to explain their event requirements in their own words and receive curated venue recommendations. This feature will be embedded directly within the Cvent Supplier Network, making it easier for planners to find the perfect venues that match their specific needs. The tool analyzes various factors, including location, capacity, amenities, and event requirements, to provide personalized venue suggestions that can then be added to RFPs.

      Room Categories

      We’ve consistently heard from both hotels and event organizers that the physical guest room types in a hotel’s inventory system are not organized in a way you'd like to present to your attendees. We are excited to solve this problem with the introduction of Room Categories. Now you can create custom room categories to group multiple room types together reducing the number of options displayed to attendees. All without needing to manipulate the Hotel’s inventory. This greatly simplifies the booking process by eliminating manual reconciliation of room types for "run-of-house" bookings.
