      Cvent Assistant

      Powered by CventIQ, the Cvent Assistant is Cvent’s AI-driven, permission-aware planning assistant embedded across the platform. It helps you get in-product guidance, streamline event and attendee workflows, uncover insights, and generate content. And this is just the beginning - we’ll keep expanding what the Assistant can do so you can plan, run, and optimize every event experience in one place. As we build new capabilities, you will have opportunities to get early access through our beta program. We are thrilled to build the Cvent Assistant with you, and for you.


      Registration Setup capability - Cvent Assistant

      Registration Setup capability within the Cvent Assistant, will allow you to configure registration for your events conversationally, reducing the manual effort between event creation and registration launch. While in beta, you'll be able to use this capability to configure your event's registration settings, registration types, admission items, optional items, and fees/pricing. Describe what you want—like “I need a member tier and a non-member tier, each with their own pricing” or “add an early bird discount through March 1st”—and the Assistant updates the setup for you.

      Qualifications: Cvent customers with admin access or permission to set up registration

      Attendee Management capability - Cvent Assistant

      The Attendee Management capability, within our Cvent Assistant, helps planners quickly handle attendee updates without clicking through traditional workflows. It lets you retrieve key attendee details, make registration changes, and manage attendee agenda updates using simple natural-language prompts.

      Insights capability - Cvent Assistant

      Insights Assistant is a conversational way to get answers about your event and session data—just ask in plain language, and receive accurate, in-context responses without manual reporting work. It helps planners and marketers quickly verify numbers, clarify trends and shifts, and segment audiences on the fly.

      Survey Feedback Insights capability - Cvent Assistant

      Feedback Insights is an AI powered chatbot that helps you quickly understand what attendees are saying in their surveys, without reading every response. It automatically generates clear summaries of event and session feedback, highlighting overall satisfaction, recurring patterns, and the most common strengths and improvement areas. 

      Qualifications: Cvent customers with events that have collected survey feedback responses (event level or session level)

      Attendee Hub


      Attendee Assistant

      We're excited to introduce a cutting-edge, AI-powered virtual assistant, designed to elevate an attendee's event experience. Seamlessly integrated into the Attendee Hub Event App experience, this intelligent assistant will help capture attendee attention early on and drive continued engagement, ultimately enabling you to more effectively grow and retain your event audiences.

      Attendees will be able to ask a series of questions based on seeded prompts that help them gather event-specific information and/or perform tasks such as building their schedule or discovering recommended content and attendees. The assistant will also understand each attendee and therefore provide personalized interactions to facilitate an efficient and enjoyable experience.

      AI Attendee & Session Recommendations

      We are introducing new (and much improved) Attendee & Session recommendations in Event App powered by Cvent IQ! Agenda Review Agent (AI Session Recommendations): Using attendees’ stated and inferred interests plus profile goals, the AI agent will suggest up to 10 sessions per person, helping them optimize their event schedules by filling free time or enhancing their experience by swapping existing sessions for more relevant ones. Network Builder (AI attendee recommendations): AI will suggest high‑value people to meet based on each participant’s interests (stated and inferred interests), job role and seniority, location, profile and registration responses, and your event goals. They can then refine and provide immediate feedback on these recommendations through an interactive assistant workflow, allowing them to easily hone in on the attendees they want to engage with the most.

      Cvent’s Registration Prediction analyzes your real-time registration trends to forecast how many people are likely to register for your event. These predictions start showing 28 days prior to your event start date, and include confidence ranges so you can plan logistics, staffing, and budgets with greater clarity and confidence.

      Qualification: Events collecting registrations that launched 6 weeks prior to event start date, and event start date is in February - March

      AI Powered BYOR (Build Your Own Reports)

      We're introducing an AI-powered solution for BYOR - users will simply use natural language chat prompts to generate comprehensive, customized reports. This chat-based interface, integrated into the 5-step BYO Report Builder, will allow planners to generate reports quickly and efficiently.

      Event Theming

      Event Theme Project—a centralized theming system designed to unify event branding (colors, logos, fonts, and more) across the Cvent platform. With this new system, planners can define a theme once, and it will automatically apply across all attendee touchpoints including Event Website, Attendee Hub, Emails, Surveys and more!

      Cvent’s new Train Requests lets you collect attendee and guest rail preferences during registration (train type, seats, dietary needs, etc), enable your travel team or TMC to book, and surface trip details in emails and the app—giving planners a unified air-and-rail view for smoother logistics and a more sustainable experience.

      Introducing the RFP Builder: an intuitive chatbot that makes creating and filling out your RFPs fast and effortless. As soon as you access the RFP section, the chatbot guides you step-by-step, collecting all the key details needed for a complete, ready-to-send RFP. Easily share your event information by uploading a file, pasting your schedule, or simply describing your needs in your own words. You can revise any information after the AI fills it in.

      Qualifications: CSN customers who do a high volume of RFPs per year

      We are introducing a natural language, AI Powered, venue discovery experience that allows planners to explain their event requirements in their own words and receive curated venue recommendations. The tool analyzes various factors, including location, capacity, amenities, and event requirements, to provide personalized venue suggestions that can then be added to RFPs.
