Top News: Exhibitor User Permissions and more

The product team has 3 improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

1. User Permissions for Exhibitor Management - This feature will allow you to define and manage user access permissions for Exhibitor Management. This will allow you to select which users have access to exhibitor management and which users have permission to allocate LeadCapture licenses.

   

2. Redirects for Classic Registration Weblinks -

   After Classic Registration shutdown, there will still be some weblinks, either in emails or search results on Google, that will point to Classic Events. If you have any Classic event links, we want to ensure your potential attendees will not be greeted with a dead link. We are adding a generic page to which all Classic events will redirect going forward. If you want to customize this further, you can specify a specific weblink to redirect to instead on an event-by-event basis. If you want to specify the weblink, a new section has been added for Event Redirect link.

   

3. Direct session sharing within the Agenda widget -

   The session list is a key promotional element for an event. Sharing sessions, either as part of event marketing campaigns, or through organic visits, can help improve overall registrations for the event.

   You will be able to allow attendees to share sessions via a direct link to a specific session that will take the recipient to the session pop-up. The attendee will be able to share this link with someone, via their social networks, or within an email, with ease. When someone clicks this link, they will be taken directly to the detail pop-up for that session.
