  1. AI Writing Assistant Session Description Update - We are excited to announce the launch of our new AI Writing Assistant for Session Description, designed to revolutionize how you generate content. This intelligent chatbot leverages advanced AI technology to provide a dynamic, interactive, and highly customizable content creation experience.

    Key Features:

    • Customizable Pre-prompt with Context: The chatbot now has specific prompts available to help you get started. The writing assistant has been updated with relevant data such as event name, session name, session speakers, location, etc., to provide more personalized responses.

    • Ask Questions to Improve: The chatbot engages users by asking clarifying questions to gather all necessary information for content creation.

    • Content Customization: Users can easily modify the tone or length of the content using predefined presets.

    The AI Writing Assistant is integrated into the session description text box and can be called upon by clicking the 'Generate' button.

  • Exhibitor Portal "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" - The Exhibitor Portal now supports settings that allow exhibitor admins to opt out of selling or sharing personal information. We support Cvent's Do Not Sell/Share form, or you can provide your own links. If you choose the Cvent form, the Exhibitor Admin's first name, last name, and email will be pre-filled and cannot be modified.

    By default, the feature is off, and it is up to you to enable it under Settings in Exhibitor Management

  • Exhibitor Search Improvements - You can now start the search process with just one character, and the system will return all exhibitors whose names begin with that character. The search results get more precise as more characters are entered. This behavior is consistent with most search tools today.

  • Exhibitor Copy Enhancements - Previously, exhibitors could only be added to event in bulk by copying an event or importing. With this enhancement, you can add exhibitors from your other events. For example, if you have an exhibitor who is returning after a hiatus, you can find and add that exhibitor from the last event they exhibited at. Additionally, video content will now be copied with the exhibitor data.

  • A2Z (Personify) Integration - A2Z from Personify is an event management platform designed to streamline the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other large events. It provides a range of tools for managing various aspects of events, such as floor plan design, exhibitor and attendee management, engagement, and revenue generation.

    With this integration, Cvent customers using A2Z to manage exhibitor booths can now seamlessly sync exhibitor management data from A2Z to Cvent Exhibitor Management, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined experience.
