The product team has 2 big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:
Event Quick Search - Event Quick Search is a new event-wide search feature that provides you with a faster, more efficient way to navigate while working in events. We know that your time is precious, so we're taking steps to help you do more quickly.
These items will be accessible from anywhere in the event, making configuration and long-term management faster, easier, and less stressful. Need to update the time of your Keynote's Address? Navigate directly to that session with just a few keystrokes.
What can you search for?
All pages and sub-pages in the event's navigation menu are searchable. This enables you to move from page to page without memorizing the layout of the navigation menu. Need to create a planner alert? Simply type "alert" into the search bar and head straight to the "Planner Alerts" page.
In addition to making pages in navigation searchable, we've also exposed the most frequently used items across all event types. You can search for:
Sessions by name
Discounts by name
Attendees by name or email
Speakers by name or email
What's the search experience like?
The search bar is available at the top of all event pages. Results will populate as you type a search term into the bar, providing them with quick access links. If a search term brings up more than 10 results, you can view all results on the event quick search results page.
Results are organized by category. Within each category, you can sort or filter to easily scan through results. Once you've found the result you’re looking for, you can navigate directly to that item by clicking on the associated hyperlink.
CPRA/GPC Expansion for Group Members, Guests, and Admins - We will be expanding the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” preferences of expressing privacy preferences regarding the sale or sharing of personal information to guests, admins, and group members. These updates reinforce our commitment to privacy and data protection, aligning with the latest regulatory standards.
Privacy preferences will be recorded for all those who are associated with the primary registrant. When the primary Registrant has opted out, we will capture the response for them, and all individuals associated with them. The received requests will be displayed in the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" section.
Additionally, you can capture opt-out information using your own privacy form. Easily add a URL to your privacy form within the event details. When clicked by an invitee, it will seamlessly redirect to the provided link, allowing for a more personalized and efficient privacy preference capture process.

Important 2024 Milestones:
September 30 - All created/launched Express events must be complete.
September 30 - December 31 – Completed Express events will remain available for post-event wrap-up.
December 31 & beyond – All Express events will be archived.
