Top News: Session Overview Enhancements and more!

The product team has 3 big improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

  1. Session Overview - Event & Session Comparison - Effortlessly compare session performance metrics across events within your account, as well as within a single event, saving time and effort in analyzing data manually. Previously, you had to export data from each individual event, analyze it across various spreadsheets, and manually calculate trends. Now, this entire process is automated, saving valuable time and streamlining data analysis.

Compare session attendance, engagement, rating, and feedback, with similar events in your account or within a single event.

Baseline Event: You have the option to set up a baseline event, against which the performance metrics of other events can be compared. This feature enables you to easily calculate trends and assess the effectiveness of your event strategies.

Compare Individual Session Performance: In addition to comparing overall event performance, planners can also compare performance metrics between individual sessions within the same event. This provides valuable insights into which sessions were more successful and helps in optimizing future event agendas.

Easy Data Export: The data comparison results can be easily exported in PDF format, allowing you to share and present the findings to stakeholders effortlessly.

  2. Session Overview - Chart & Table filters - Chart & Table filters will provide better insights into session performance by allowing you to filter data at a more granular level. Previously, our data filtering options were limited to the entire page. This new feature now allows you to filter data for each section of the page, covering different performance metrics such as enrollment, attendance, engagement, and feedback. Easily dive into the data to examine the performance of individual sessions or the engagement levels of specific groups of session registrants/attendees.

  3. Exhibitor Management Modify Booth Staff Registration - With this update, Exhibitor Admins will now be able to easily modify the registration of their booth staff directly from the Exhibitor Portal, eliminating the need to find this option manually on the registration site. This new option will save time and simplify the process for exhibitor admins.

Modify Registration option will re-direct the Exhibitor Admin to the Registration site. Once on the registration site, all rules and logic set for registration modification will be respected.

The option to modify the registration of booth staff will only appear if the Event is set up to use "Confirmation Number and Email" in the Post-Registration Authentication section of the Event Settings > Security menu. If "Secure Verification Code" is selected instead, the option will not be available.
