Audience Segments added to Event Quick Search
Event Quick Search is an existing event-wide search feature that provides a faster, more efficient way to navigate while working on your events. We know that your time is precious, so we're taking steps to help you do more in less time. You can now search for Audience Segments (by name) via the event quick search bar.
While working within an event, the event quick search bar is located at the top right of the title bar.
After typing in the name of an audience segment and clicking on the desired search result, you will be taken directly to that segment's configuration page.
Enabling you to edit segments and make additional attendee assignments in less time.
Session Feedback AI Summarizer
Effortlessly generate a summary of attendee replies to session feedback surveys. This feature synthesizes feedback to provide comprehensive sentiment analysis and breaks down the sentiment into specific categories such as speaker performance, session content, session logistics, and more. The summary is presented in a clear, actionable format with bullet points indicating the overall sentiment as positive or negative.
Key Features:
The feature is a part of the Session Overview
You can start generating the summary from either the top banner or from within the Session Feedback section
Upon generating the summary, you can select which survey responses and specific questions to include, ensuring that only relevant data is summarized
Once the summary has been generated, you can easily identify which aspects of your sessions were praised by attendees and which received negative feedback. This enables you to make real-time adjustments for your next event.
Feedback summary can be exported and shared with stakeholders in a single PDF

Enhanced Visibility Settings: Set visibility options on the fly without leaving the report builder, ensuring quick and easy adjustments.
Built-In Sorting: Add multi-level custom sorts directly during report creation for more precise data presentation.
Streamlined Grouping: Apply data grouping directly within the builder, making your reports organized and easy to analyze from the start.
Media Library Updates for Event Site Designer
We've updated the Media Library in Event Site Designer to mirror the recent admin-side update and modernize the interface for more efficient navigation and file management. This will make uploading, accessing, and finding images much easier as you work on building out your event websites and registration forms in Event Site Designer.
Key Highlights
Modernized UI for an improved and intuitive user experience
Enhanced user experience for easier navigation and maneuverability
Additional sort and view options for better file organization
Bulk upload, move, and delete functionalities for efficient file management
Improved search functionality displaying both folders and files matching the search criteria in one area
How do you access the new library?
When you add an image from within the Event Site Designer, you'll automatically see the refreshed Media Library. You can do this from the following: Image Widgets, Image Carousel Widgets, or by adding images as backgrounds to widgets, sections, or the site background.
Registration Pay-as-you-go Discover Hub
We’re excited to introduce the Discover Hub within the admin blade of Pay-as-you-go Registration. It is a new, guided space designed for you to explore how you can enhance your event registration experience with Cvent. This page provides a clear view of your current plan and offers structured, intuitive paths to either upgrade to a contract model or expand capabilities with targeted add-ons. The options shown are based on extensive data research into the most frequent upgrades, ensuring the suggestions are relevant to your needs.
The Discover hub can be accessed in multiple areas across the application, including the Event homepages, where they can click on the “Discover more” pill or within the admin page.
If you are interested in learning more about any of these upgrades, click on the “Get in Touch” CTA. This automatically triggers a backend workflow, and Sales will follow up with you in a timely and contextual manner.
Exhibitor Management
Embeddable Exhibitor Widget
We are excited to introduce the Embeddable Exhibitor Widget, a new feature that allows you to seamlessly showcase exhibitors on external websites. This enhancement aims to improve exhibitor visibility, drive engagement, and ensure alignment with your brand strategy.
Benefits
Enhanced Marketing: Promote exhibitors effectively to drive event registrations and fulfill sponsorship obligations.
Streamlined content management: Embedded widget ensures that any edits or additions are instantly visible wherever the widget is placed, freeing you from the tedious task of manual updates on multiple sites.
Consistent Branding: Maintain a cohesive brand experience across all marketing websites/pages.
How to Get Started
Navigate to Marketing > Embedded Widgets
Create and Configure Your Widget: Follow the intuitive steps to create, customize, and configure your exhibitor widget.
Embed on Your Website: Copy the embed code and add it to your external event website.
Notes
The Embed Exhibitor feature requires Website & Exhibitor Management to be enabled in the Event.
Only one Exhibitor widget can be set as embeddable at a time.
If there are multiple Exhibitor widgets, you will have to make one embeddable using the toggle in the widget in the site designer.
Exhibitor Booth Management - Floor Plan Visibility for Specific Exhibitors
We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to control the visibility of the exhibitor floor plan on an individual exhibitor basis. This provides greater flexibility and control over booth selection.
What's New:
Previously, when the exhibitor floor plan was made visible, it was accessible to all event exhibitors. With this update, you can select specific exhibitors for whom the floor plan should be visible. For example, you can first enable floor plan access for top-tier sponsors and later grant it to other exhibitors.
Additionally, you can choose to grant all existing and future exhibitors access to the exhibitor floor plan, streamlining the process for new system entries.
Key Benefits:
Flexibility & Control: Decide exactly when each exhibitor gains access to the floor plan and booth selection features. This will prevent unauthorized exhibitors from accessing the floor plan and making booth selections.
Simplified Selection: Easily apply filters based on sponsorship level or search for individual exhibitors to grant them floor plan visibility.
How It Works:
To use this feature, simply navigate to the Booth Management settings and select the exhibitors for whom the floor plan will be visible. You can choose which exhibitors can access the floor plan based on their specific needs.
