Advanced Guest List Share Settings

What’s new:

Last month, we released a brand new guest list and gave hosts the ability to share a live, up-to-date version of their event guest list with anyone, and now it's been upgraded to give you more advanced controls.

Now featuring:

• Custom columns: Choose which guest fields appear in the shared view.

• Custom expiration dates: Set when each shared link expires (and update or revoke anytime).

• Export permissions: Decide whether viewers can export the guest list or keep it view-only.

Why it matters:

• Share only the details each stakeholder needs while protecting sensitive data.

• Reduce manual exports and version chaos with one live source of truth.

• Control how long access lasts and whether data can be downloaded, supporting better governance and compliance.
