Social Share and RSVP Options Deprecation

What changed:

The "Facebook Share" option will no longer appear as a link type when creating or editing a link in the Social Links element. The Facebook icon will still be available in the icon picker, and hosts who want to link to a Facebook page or URL can continue to do so using the Generic Link option — which remains fully available.

Important notes:

• The Facebook icon itself is still available and can be selected when adding a new link.

• To link to a Facebook page or profile, select the Facebook icon and choose "Generic Link" to enter your desired URL.

• No action is required for existing events; this change only affects the available options when adding or editing social links going forward.

What's changed:

The Social RSVP question type, that allowed guests to register using their Facebook or LinkedIn credentials, auto-populating fields such as first name, last name, and email, has been removed from the Form Builder question bank.

Important notes:

• Any existing RSVP forms with the Social RSVP question will still have the question, but it will not function. We recommend removing it.

• Any existing guest data previously collected via the Social RSVP question (e.g., LinkedIn profile fields, Facebook profile ID) remains accessible in the guest list.
