Cvent Solutions Integration Improvements

What's new:

The Cvent Solutions integration has been updated to support full bi-directional sync for key attendee fields, including first name, last name, email, company, title, and phone number. Any updates made in OnArrival will automatically be reflected in Splash, keeping attendee records consistent across both platforms.

Why it matters:

• Attendee information updated onsite in OnArrival is now reflected in Splash automatically, eliminating manual reconciliation after events.

• Onsite teams can register attendees or make field updates during the event with confidence that those changes will flow back to Splash.

• With more complete and consistent attendee records, customers can sync higher-quality data into their CRM and other post-event tools for follow-up and reporting workflows.

• No more discrepancies between what was captured at the event and what lives in Splash — all six key fields stay in sync throughout the event lifecycle.
