      Stay compliant with Double Opt-In made easy

      What’s new:
      We’re introducing a new double opt-in flow that requires your guests to confirm they want to receive your marketing emails.

      Here’s how it works:

      • A guest registers for your event.

      • They instantly receive a confirmation email.

      • They click to confirm their subscription to your marketing emails, like reminders and follow ups.


      Important: This is a relatively restrictive feature and should be turned on with caution. If it's on, guests of that event will not receive any marketing emails until they click that CTA in the email. 

      Who's this for:

      This is a new, optional compliance feature available for customers who have internal requirements for double opt-in.

      • Splash Customers in the EU: Easily fulfill GDPR requirements.   

      • Registration Verification Seekers: Ensure registrations are legitimate.   

      • Email Reputation Guardians: Reduce spam and enhance deliverability.   

      Why it matters:

      An increasing number of organizations now require double opt-in as part of their internal compliance and data governance standards. By introducing this capability, we’re helping you meet those requirements while keeping things easy, self-service, and configurable within Splash—no custom workarounds or manual processes needed.
