In Phase 1 of our report list redesign, we’re making it even easier than ever for you to access your most important reports and event data. This means some changes to the user interface of all Cvent report lists. We’re also standardizing event report names and descriptions, and organizing them in a way that makes the most sense, so you can quickly identify the right report to fulfill your data needs.

The product team has big reporting framework improvements they're working to deliver in this window that we know you’re going to love:

1. Find the right EVENT report faster with easy-to-understand titles and descriptions, and re-organized event report categories.

2. Get a better sense of each report’s purpose with the improved and always visible descriptions:

   

3. Save time and improve efficiency by editing report fields before running them, preventing the need for multiple report runs.

   

4. Quickly navigate to the reports you need by collapsing categories you don’t use often. The system will always remember the collapsed categories and reapply to other areas wherever necessary.

   

5. A simpler, more streamlined reporting page with no preset reports that allows you to choose the reports that fit your needs.
